Duffy,
aka 'The Coat' hails from Culcheth in Merseyside.
He almost won The Open in 1991, narrowly failing by
7 shots in regional qualifying at Wilmslow. He has never
really regained the form of those halcyon days. Finished
third (ie.last) in Ireland in 1999. His hero is Barry
Manilow to whom he has an uncanny resemblance. He runs
a junk shop in Manchester.
